* Each fruit was inoculated by dropping a drop of C. cucumerinum PT1 spore suspension containing 1×105 spores/ml in 2% potato dextrose broth. The inoculated fruits were incubated in a growth chamber at 18°C-20°C and relative humidity 70%-99%. After 10 days, disease severity of cucumber fruits was investigated.
